sky broadband shield gives an error message your sky broadband is'nt active just yet try again once

sky broadband shield gives an error message your sky broadband is'nt active just yet try again once we've got you up and running

customer is an active brodband customer.

.

it was working fine earlier ..

customer is trying access the settings on sky BB shield.

 

 

tried the normal t/s removed the mysky app and installed. . its the same what needs to be done

I'm having the same message after changing broadband deals. Is there a fix available?
