We have just re-signed been with you for 25 years our Router is very noisy, has a noisy fan please send replacement.

Have just signed up again, but router is so noisy and have had it for years. Need replacement.

There isn't any Sky Hub model which has a fan: I'm not aware of any domestic router that does.
