sky broadband, LOS light is red

AT 12PM GMT, my broadband has disconnected from the interent and has been like that ever since. I have looked on Sky's website for help and it says that if the LOS light is red on my ONT, that we should contact Sky.

Update - Spoken to the customer, services are being effected by an unplanned outage. 

 

We have provided links to tracking and also auto compensation.

Same issue ie LOS light flashing red, Summerhill Meath RoI via website can't get help to organise an engineer, can someone help here? Thanks

  • Unless someone escalates your post you will need to call Sky.

@Disc- as you are in Ireland you need to call Sky Ireland to report the fault the number is 08 186 6 2 9 1 7
