AT 12PM GMT, my broadband has disconnected from the interent and has been like that ever since. I have looked on Sky's website for help and it says that if the LOS light is red on my ONT, that we should contact Sky.

Same issue ie LOS light flashing red, Summerhill Meath RoI via website can't get help to organise an engineer, can someone help here? Thanks
