running a ping report and seeing loss in transmission. can i share it?

Ive been running a ping report and seeing loss in transmission. Anyone else experiencing broadband issues?

Usually, this isn't a fault but a hop or hops don't respond to the ICMP ping because the administrator has set it not to do so on that hop router.

If you cannot play games or something else you need to explain further in detail.

If you are connected by ethernet to the router suggest you change the cable to the router to solve this issue.

If the issue continues after changing the ethernet cable or you are over wireless that failure usually means the IP phone hardware is faulty.
