royal mail
royal mail told me they was delivering my hub monday and found out they have said they delivered my hub and left it on the door step ... on my return from work it had gone some one had took it ... y has royal mail said delivered and sent pick of the hub on my door step i cant get hold of skyand engineer coming in two days helppppppp

You will need to call Sky re sending a replacement hub.
For something like a hub, Royal Mail do not normally leave it unattended.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. A some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.

Unfortunately Royal Mail are particularly bad at this. My sons hub was delivered 24 hours earlier than the tracking suggested and was left behind a wheelie bin. Luckily he received a message whilst at work as to where it was and we drove over to retrieve it. So give Sky a calll to explain this.
