Were you given a new broadband hub or have you continued using the one you have already got, if the later are all the lights on it showing as being green ?

Hi , sky kindly sent engineers who re booted hub and fitted booster box , they configured new identity into existing sky mini box and re set settings, my laptop now recognises new identity , I'm pleased to say it is now resolved , thank you for your help 🙏👍👍
