renewed contract

On 6th Dec. I renewed my contract with Sky and was offered a new deal on TV & Broadband. The TV deal has been confirmed and future bills reflect this. Howver I have not had confirmation of Broadband Deal and no change in future payments

@alice861 yiu would need to call Sky to check what has happened. Sky record calls so can listen to the prevoius conversation if necessary.
