@Alrh I assume you have entered the wifi pssword for the Sky hub into the PS5 and tge unit has connected? PS5 units like all games consoles need a decent network connectuon so the issue coukd somo,y be the WiFi dignal is poor where the console is. While a wifi booster might work you may want to try using a pair of powerline adapters which use the mains wiring to carry the data which is far more reliable than wifi.
