regarding compensations

hi my broadband speed was was below the guranteed speed in march and i was given one month free subscription , and even after the engineer visit the broadband was going off and on again and again till 16 april till engineer visit again and sort out , i called  sky customer care they said i will be compensated but now i have checked my bill that i have been compensated for 1 day only for 3 april though the problem was not fixed till 16 april

Auto compensation is only for total loss of broadband or Sky Talk not when it's off and on.

Sky failing to deliver the 'Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed' is claimable once during any minimum contract term.  It's different to the daily rate industry-wide automatic compensation scheme for complete loss of broadband or voice service.
