poor wifi

I have full fibre 500.  I have two streaming pucks, one in the main living room and one in my daughters bedroom.  She has always struggled to get consistent trouble free Wifi connection. I have a Sky wifi booster in her bedroom, makes no difference.

When checking the signal it always says excellent but then the TV says no internet!

I have a decent Sky package and of course pay a decent price.

I have followed all your wifi, broadband connection checkers, of course it says all good.  I end up going around in circles on the Sky website trying different things, i get a bit fed up with paying the price then end up doing all the chasing, clicking, checking and keep paying.  How would Sky like it if i said my payments to you are good or excellenet then not pay, you'd just cut me off and send instruct your debt agencies.

Can someone please help?

A booster is intended to be a mid-point device (halfway between router and client) : it cannot do any good when placed in a location which has a poor signal to begin with.

The Sky Help pages give advice on where to place the hardware.
