poor wifi / internet, how do you speak to anyone
so ski say my tests are all perfect, even though it comes back at speed to hub is 10.7, uoload speed is 1.1mbs, but guarantee is supposed to be 400mbs, this has to be the worst internet we have ever had and cant wait for contract to be done.

@john519 check the speed to the hub which is guaranteed by running the service checker in the My Sky app which has a daily speed check. You can see the last month's figures by clicking on the link. If that is below the guatantee for your line it should offer further help.
If as is probable that is OK the issue is likely to be poor wifi speed in your home which isnt guaranteed as tgst depends on the layout of your home and what it is built out of. Slow wifi is very common issue these days and simplly a single wifi router is insufficent to give usable wifi in every room. You can pay Sky for an add-on like Sky WiFi Max which can give you up to 3 extenders if spedds in a room is less than 10Mb/s. The alternstive is to buy your own wifi kit and use that.
