Moving into rented accommodation until our new home is available
We are having to move into rented accommodation until our new home becomes available,hopefully in the next month, I have sky broadband and sky to & talk, are we able to pause this service then reconnect when we are in our new home. Thank you in advance.

@PSL2 You can't "pause" a service with Sky you would need to cancel altogether and sign up again at your new address.
At your old property the account would need to be cancelled otherwise the new tenants would not be able to sign up.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
