poor speed on laptop, but good speed on Mobile
Had full fibre installed on 30th December and should get a minimum speed of 100mbs, but although I get about 125 if using my mobile, can only get a download od about 18/20mbs on the laptop. Wonder how to fix things

That's an extremely anonymous budget brand: conceivably it has an 802.11n wireless chipset.

I'm not that tech savvy- so what does that mean and what can I do to fix the problem?

I'm just guessing, because without a model number there's almost no information around about that brand. It may have a wireless chip that's considerably slower than the WiFi speed which a Sky Hub is capable of.
