open reach

hi, 

i've got open reach booked to come on friday, they sent the message to reply to reconfirm the appointment but cannot reply to the message it just says messaged failed, i worried if i don't reply they won't come and i've already waited 2 months for this

no because when i call they just say all i can see that the date given is correct, ive had problems for 2 months with communication from them
