offline
Hi
I cant login to my home security system camera. All the time show offline when i used sky wifi . Could you help me please ,

We need a lot more information than that to help you.
What security camera/system are you using?
Has it worked on Sky broadband before?
Does it work when you are home but not when you are away or does it just not work at all?

ICSee camera.not work at all. Before i have virgin media and work perfect.

Looks like an IP camera to me.
Have you factory reset it and tried connecting it to your new Sky hub?

yes. i made this. with my old company evertyting was fine . Sky no working .

@MartaZyskowka85 It is going to be difficult to advise you unless you give some more information but check that the cameras dont have a fixed IP address as Sky use a different range of internal IP addresses than other ISPs. Check that either the cameras are either set to get the address from the router or have addresses between 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.254. If you have to set addresses manually then choose addresses say higher than .200 and set your Sky hub only to assign addresses up to .199. You can do this in the Advanced/LAN IP set up tab by editing the DHCP range.
