Now network on settings just says unable to connect to wireless network with an error code. Wi-Fi Hub and now box are both on and connected but still no connection to the tv

@Internet2 that error code is not one I can find listed for Now TV. Which hub do you have and what lights are showing see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
