Poor WiFi in bedroom
Fitted sky max pod today following issues with no WiFi signal in bedroom and second puck not connecting. Unfortunately the signal is still poor in the bedroom and tv keeps losing connection. Could a second pod help with this. I have fitted the pod today following instructions on the my sky app.

Re: Poor WiFi in bedroom
@Lee182 the pods need to be fitted half way between the hub and the puck as the pod require a decent connection to operate and the pods seem to require up to 24 hours to optimise. If after checking the pod has a decent connection and leaving it to do its thing you still are having troublecwith the puck in the bedroom give Sky a call to arrange for an engineer to come out as the second and potentially the third puck are only supplied after an engineer has checked your netwotk.
