Hi there,
i currently have no phone line or broadband 😔, could someone please explain how i escalate so i can get it resolved.

Do you have any other means of contacting , if so you can on 150 from a sky landline or sky mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
08.185.00.27.2
Remove all the full stops

Thanks @cookiemonsteruk openreach engineer needs to be sent out, hopefully have it resolved in 2 days. Appreciate the help 👍

See this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once it’s fixed.
