no internet from wifi

restarted the router following instructions from Connection Diagnosis,

checker returns that internet should be running fine. not sure what else to do.

@junhui  The checker shows historical data. Can you run the checker again, but this time click on broadband to run an updated test please.

oh there's an outage in the area - but there's not any more info

@junhui  If there is an outage then you will have to just hang tight till it is fixed.
