How much gb does gameing live streaming take

So I've started getting into live streaming on twitch but when I do my apparently someone else in my house game starts lagging is this on me

If the property has an FTTC connection then the maximum outbound speed is 20Mbs, reduced by line distance from the local fibre cabinet.  This compares to a maximum 80Mbs inbound: domestic internet provision tends to be highly asymmetric.

I'm very sorry I'm not that knowledgeable on the ins and out of broadbands and data stuff haha , how do I look into this or resolve this
