Re: no internet
Same! Started an hour or so ago, Milton Keynes - Buckinghamshire. My account says everything is fine and working etc. Hub has no light for internet and amber for voice. Green for power and the one next to the voice one (hub or WiFi?) seems lots of similar posts!

Re: no internet
Not sure! As far as I can see on social media platforms I use, I can't see much in terms of outage nationally so at a guess, maybe!? Geographically we aren't even close counties wise...

Re: no internet
As you've all posted in the early morning any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Important-Notice-Scheduled-Broadband-Maintenance/td-p/5151847...
If you have an ONT box displaying a red light, see this further advice…
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband-Talk/Can-t-connect-to-broadband-and-have-a-red-light-on-your-...
This link provides information about the coloured lights you may see on the various hubs

Hopefully it’s back up and running before 7am. If it’s not, try restarting your hub or post back in this thread and we can try to offer additional advice.

Re: no internet
As stated above Openreach / City Fibre don't give prior notice of this work.

Re: no internet
@Johnky Sky are often not made aware when Openreach will be taking down equipment at one of their exchanges for essential work affecting a few hundreds or thousand lines serving customers of multiple ISPs. No domestic ISP can or will guarantee 24/7 connectivity.
