I turned my router off only for about an hour, and now I have no connection, I have resetted it twice, and unpluged it again, still no internet.

I have also made sure my dsl cable is securly fitted & in the master socket.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@user4879 Sky and Openreach do maintainance and upgrade work overnight. Loss of connectivity in the early is most often down to that work. It is unavoidable and avoid rebotting your hub as activity like Firmware uogrades will take longer.
