Loss of internet throughout the day

Hi all,

 

is anyone having the same issue as myself?  I live in dedridge and we have loss broadband connection throughout the whole day, this happened several times a day.  I have called and complained, waste of my time!!! Plus I have lost to

much time on this.  I am

paying for a service that is inadequate.

@Nosrac18 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
