Hi all,
is anyone having the same issue as myself? I live in dedridge and we have loss broadband connection throughout the whole day, this happened several times a day. I have called and complained, waste of my time!!! Plus I have lost to
much time on this. I am
paying for a service that is inadequate.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
