no internet connection

I have been an internet user for 3 day and everything was working fin until today morning. Since the morning there are only two green lights on the router.

The router has already been reset twice by me and no changes only two  green lights on router. 

What to do with this??

@Bartek206 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
