no internet and no help

hours without internet. impossible to find anyone to talk to or actually raise an issue with.  Definitely switching when my contract ends, luckily not too long to go

@sdb1908 Sky's support lines open from 7am with full availability from 8am the lines close at 10pm, 

 

You can often sort issues yourself by running the connection test in the My Sky app. Sky runs this test automatically at regular intervals the result of the last test is shown when you open the test However you can click to run the test which will tell you the spedd your hub is connecting, the history for the last few days, if the test picks up,a line issue it can offer to book an engineer. You can if you click through get the test to check your home network for issues. 

If you want you can get help,from other customers by posting in this forum but remeber we are not mind readers so give some detail of your issue.
