no full fibre to the property but this is wrong

 

sky say i cannot have full fibre to my property when logged in with sky ID. Have been a sky customer for 25 years. BT and sky checker when not logged in say no problem. bt open reach say no problem pole outside the house.

We have tried on the phone etc a sky say they will look into it but dont get back.

 

WE definitely hav ethe service right outside the property. I wonder if they have somewhere a problem with the address. we are chestnut house which is fine on any provider checker. chestnut cottage is not availble but is near by. We cannot resolve  this and of course are being forced to change provider which we dont want to do ideally after 25 years. The account deatils say chestnut house and mail from Sky comes to our house offering full fibre to our house.
