no box

Sky took over broadband today , old provider cut off I have not received a box so have no internet

@Wendyanderson  Sky are aware that routers have not been sent out and are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We've now been informed via a closed forum that the router dispatch problem has been resolved.
