No wifi for 10 days new hub and STILL no wifi

@kalise6 call Sky tell them thst a change of hub has not solved your problem. Often when therecis a fault for which there is no clear causecit is worth try steps like switching the hub etc.to see if that helps.

 

Inappreciate it is frustrating if you are have lost connectivity but unfortunately it can happen and you will be due compensation as explained here Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
