I START NEW CONTRACT WITH SKY TOMORROW. I NEED FULL FIBRE TO HOUSE. I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THEM TO CONFIRM. THEY SAID SPEEDS CAN BE 1.1 I MIGHT NEED TO CANCEL IF ITS NOT FULL FIBRE
