need to be sent a broadband router

I'm acting as my mother's  power of attorney regarding her Sky account.  Because of her age and understanding she returned her broadband router even though she pays a monthly amount for it.

She will be returning home from hospital and will need to have a router installed due to her having 24 hour care for Motor Neurone Disease.  She will be having family and carers who will need to use broadband and some of her communication gadgets will need it as she is unable to talk any longer.  We are having awful trouble trying to sort this.  Can you help?

@Sue671

If your Mum mistakenly returned the hub and is still a customer you will have to call Sky to arrange. They may require details from the POA.

In your Mums circumstances it may be worth you registering her with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help her now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
