My wifi keeps dropping and using my 4G this has been happening a lot recently as previously reported. We have an appt April 17th to sort this. Is there any chance the appt can be brought forward?

As we are customers here you would need to call Sky to see if there is an earlier appointment but the chances are there might not be.

You'll have been given the earliest available date in your area however that's not to say there won't be a cancellation before then freeing up an appointment slot.
