my voice light is not green on my router

my voice light is not lit on my router i have tried rebooting nothing works? i have done an on line test and it says everything is working fine?

Was it lit before? Do you use your landline through the hub or through the phone line?

I think my phone must be through the landline as it is still working?? I have read that normally you lose the phone? But we are continually getting message to say some of our channels are not available ???

Unless you connect your phone to the router then its normal for the voice light not to be lit.
