moving home

7th of july was my broadband activation date in my new house but it still doesn't works. What can i do?

So have you clicked on the down arrow to see what action is required? It probably says to ring Sky.

@zsuzsycza  As per @Daniel0210  it's most likely a mesage to call Sky, which you would need to do in that case.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
