moving home and app not working on phone or laptop

hi,

 

im moving house and trying to let sky know of my new address. but the app no working everytime i enter my new address the screen goes blank. the AI support takes me to the same bit ive already tried to do.

 

whats the number to call for this as cant find a contact number ?

 

need to get this done ASAP due to moving on the 15th march.

 

many thanks to anyone who has some info or advice.

Its 150 from your Sky Landline or the 03 number at bottom of https://sky.com/help under 'Need more help?'

Note that you are already a chunk over the 2 week minimum notification period for moving home so its likely you wont have Sky services for the first week or so when you move.
