@ArsenDIf it is for tomorrow morning then you are a bit late in trying to change it. If you are not present at the time you could get a £25 charge for missing your install time. Might be best to see if Sky can help you by calling, but think it is too late for this.

I had an installation appointment today, but they sent a text message saying, “Hi. Unfortunately we were unable to start installing Sky Broadband & Talk on 5 March. To reschedule call 03448 222017” and the question is can they come tomorrow? Or will they not arrive until I reschedule the appointment?

@ArsenD Until you call and find out from the advisor, there is no way of knowing what will happen.

The forum is a cust - cust help, i would call and see what is said, call the number advised on your text.

@ArsenD  If they did not come you will have to call and ask when the next available date for your install is.
