lag on sky q mini since sky max full fibre insalled

Hello i have had sky max full fibre installed with no problems

with my wired connections but my sky q mini box in my bedroom lags for about 3/4 seconds

when i change channels,i had a white sky booster with a lan connection so i connected that straight to the mini box

but still lags? sky then sent me a new wi fi pod which has 2 ethernet ports on it so i tried that

still lags for 3/4 seconds never had this with my old sky router?

any help would be appreciated

@steveblue8 the Sky Max hub's WiFi is not compatable with the Sky Q minis or the booster so instead of connecting to the hub the Q mini has to connect to the main Sky Q box. However that doesnt explain the delay. If you connect the booster to the main Q box that may help but Indefinitely would not use the pod.

i have checked it says the sky q mini is connected to the sky q box

the booster and mini box are next to each other so i thought i would use a ethernet lead from booster

to mini box, i was hoping that would help but still a 3/4 lag when changing tv channels via mini box

its a stable connection, just bugs me with the 3/4 second lag with the picture the sound is fine

just looked on my sky app on my phone it says sky booster connected to sky max hub?

is that correct ?
