my screen further step of joining sky boardband its keep on

We need a bit more information to set you up with Sky Broadband

wont go to installtion step just remain on that stage , i spoke to sky person at shoping center 

they said it online Scam here you pay 35 euro and online its 30 euro ..so sky dnt want you pay 30 

thats why its not working order online

If you are stuck then you will need to give Sky Ireland a ring. I wouldn't take much notice of what the agent told you in the shipping centre as they will say anything to get a sale.
