is this sky?

I keep getting calls from this number saying it's sky and asking about my internet dropping connection which it is, but, when they ask for postcode etc shouldn't they know this info if they're from sky? Thanks for any advice

@C+J+S  Have you raised a complaint with Sky?  If you;'ve not contacted Sky about any drops then the call will be scammers trying to obtain personal info.   Sky would not call you out of the blue regarding your broadband service like this.
