@Adam1410 if you have a white Dky hub some TVs especially those from Samsung have issues with the WiFi security level Sky set as the default. If thst applies go into the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app and change the security level from WPA3-T to WPA2 this does reduce the security fir all devices but should allow your TV to connect.
