Connection when watching Netflix

The connection keeps stopping most frequently at night time this isn't good enough considering we are paying a lot of money for the WiFi

@Conn2 technically you are paying for the broadband service not for the WiFiconnection from the hub to your TV. To stream video you need a good steady WiFi connection between the hub and your TV. You could pay for Sky's WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders or buy your own equipment. I do the latter which saved me money over paying a monthly add-on.

 

If your hub is far from where your TV is and especially if your home has solid walls consider buying a powerline networking kit which uses your home's mains wiring which overcomes issues with interference from neighbours' networks which can be an issue in apartment blocks.
