since having this internet my kids can not play games i cant use fb etc on my laptopi have to use my phone hotspots the kids cant play roblox or cod its a joke

@taz1431 If you are new to Sky you will have to look at Sky broadband sheild, as the default setting is PG13. This can be found if you log into my account and goto Broadband and talk tab.
