internet often drops out

We often have conectivity problems. Your tests always say we are conected and the lights remain on the hub and router, but devices have no internet. SkyQ box or TV's can not stream, mobile phones say they are 'connected without internet' Amazon echo's and laptops have no internet, ring alarm reports that it is offline.

I do speed tests on my mobile and there is either no connection or it is extreamly low.
