internet light either amber or off

the power amd wireless lights are on however internet has been off/amber since 6pm yesterday . multiple attempts to self heal none attempts were successful and ever method on the internet is nott working . and then the test broadband feature on the app or online is also not working and it says the tests are currently unavailable
