Poor internet

I have a sky glass and also sky broadband. The internet is poor, constantly going down. To freezes constantly. I'm paying for a product and not getting a satisfactory service

Same here internet has gone down toilet, always buffering and stuttering, can not download app updates on my phone I have to turn WiFi off and use my 5G.

 

But when you use sky's check service it just shows green and it's not
