internet keeps dropping but when I test my speed it says everything is ok

When watching any app (Disney, BBC, ITV X, Netflix) the picture keeps getting interrupted. I have checked our system and it says everything is fine but there is obviously a problem. We are on the 5ghw channel from our hub. Any advice?
