I had Sky Glass fitted yesterday and today my broadband has been shocking. Constantly dropping out (middle light disappearing and then flashing amber, works for a minute then dropped out again repeat). Obviously I have noticed it because the viewing has been totally frustrating, but my phone and doggy cam have also been going off.
The really annoying thing is that when I used my phone data to go on your website to do a connection check, it says all is fine.
I am really disappointed with my first day of Sky Glass (having moved from Sky Q) and hope that this is something that can be sorted. I have done the whole unplugging thing.....

Typically that's because moving away from Q means there's no longer any hotspot(s) from the television box(es) creating better WiFi coverage. Glass television sets and Stream pucks have no such functionality.

Sorry I am clueless with things like this, so are you saying that this is something I will have to put up with. I have used loads of phone data today because my Sky internet is dropping out constantly as well as taking nearly 2 hours to watch a 1 hour long programme because of the broadband dropping. I am on ultra fast broadband and I haven't touched it at all, it's all my old equipment. It's just the TV that was changed :0s

My broadband box is right next to the TV, but the issue was with the box, it was not just my TV. When I turned the TV off, the broadband box kept losing its middle light and I couldn't get WiFi on my phone or my doggy cam?
I was shocked that the checker shows all systems good and running at 37mbs. It has literally dropped out every couple of minutes for a few hours :0(

Could you post your router statistics as shown below

Hello all,
I will have to look into getting the stats but the good news is that it seems to have rectified itself. When I went to watch TV upstairs my Sky Q ended service and I am wondering if there was a coincidence (like stuff being switched over in the background)?
I have now set up the Puck and yesterday I had both TV's streaming and no drop outs at all.
Thanks,
