My Fibre connection has been great until this week when the connection regularly slows and i am disconnected from teams calls. Other applications are also regularly disrupted. The conenction on the router box says that everything is fine. Even when the PC is next to the Wifi router it still does it, so it is not related to the signal travelling through walls, etc.
Maybe the router is on the blink? It is several years old.

I have the black "Sky Broadband Hub". Devices connected to it are regularly losing internet connection
