My broadband hub has gone off with no lights showing on the front. Was working fine until it suddenly went off. Tried powering off and resetting etc. with no success.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CarlJackson Are you able to call Sky and ask them to send out a replacement router? Have you tried the unit in another socket to see if it powers up?
