iPad suddenly saying weak security on wifi

Hello

About 4 months ago we changed to Sky fibre, and recently I've upgraded my iPad, and occasionally my WiFi is saying ' weak security', I've never had this before ..

I've checked the security which says it is WPA2-PSK, should this not be WPA3 ? , and if so, how would I change it please, or would I need to call Sky?

Assuming it wouldn't be my iPad that's causing it, and needs updating to iOS 18.3 ?

Thank you

The white Max Hub supports WPA3 but no earlier model does.  With Max the security level is adjusted in the My Sky app.

Typically the warning generated by iThings is incorrect.

Re: iPad suddenly saying weak security on wifi

Thank you Timmy

We have the black box, not the white, so that makes sense
